Choose Owner on the registration page and submit your account and property details together. Existing eligible regular users can also submit an Owner request. The Super Admin reviews requests. Email is optional; verify it when you want receipts delivered there.

No. The Owner account is separate. Your selected user quota covers the tenant/user accounts included in your Owner plan.
You can create accounts up to your approved annual quota and submit a quota-change request through Billing. Changes require Super Admin review; any additional invoice or adjustment is shown before payment.

Assigned tenants can view their own apartment and rent bills and use the electricity calculator. Property management and other tenants' records remain restricted to authorised accounts.
Yes, using a separate tenant account. Owner and tenant access are maintained through separate accounts. A tenant account can be connected to only one active apartment at a time.
Keep salary, rental income, other earnings and expenses organised in your ledgers. These records support year-end preparation. AHB does not currently calculate tax payable or submit tax returns. Recorded expenses are not automatically allowable deductions.
